Jordan Christian Prep provides a comprehensive curriculum through Bob Jones University for our Upper School students in Grades 6–12. This versatile, Christ-centered curriculum combines strong academic instruction with biblical principles to create a meaningful and engaging Christian learning experience.
Our Upper School program is designed to prepare students academically, spiritually, and personally for future success. We also offer ACT/SAT preparation classes to help ensure students are confident and equipped as they take the next step toward college and their future careers.

Our Upper School students at Jordan Christian Preparatory follow a 4x4 block schedule, allowing students to focus on four courses each semester while gaining deeper instruction, increased classroom engagement, and greater preparation for college-level learning.

Dress Code Policy:
At Jordan Christian Preparatory, all students are required to wear approved JCP collared shirts as part of the official dress code. Only JCP school shirts are permitted.

Jordan Christian Preparatory offers ACT Prep courses designed to strengthen students’ test-taking strategies, build academic mastery, and develop the confidence needed for strong college entrance exam performance and overall college readiness.

Grading Policy
Grading Scale
A (90–100%) – Outstanding performance and mastery of course objectives
B (80–89%) – Above average understanding and progress
C (70–79%) – Satisfactory and average performance
D (60–69%) – Minimum acceptable progress; improvement needed
F (0–59%)– Failing; course objectives not
GPA Requirements
Students in grades 6–12 are expected to maintain a minimum unweighted 2.0 GPA in core subjects, including English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
Students falling below a 2.0 GPA may be placed on academic probation and required to participate in a parent-teacher-administrator conference to develop an academic improvement plan. Continued academic difficulty may require the student to repeat a failed course.
Student Contract
All students are expected to uphold the academic and behavioral standards of Jordan Christian Preparatory by agreeing to the following commitments:
Maintain consistent effort toward academic success and course completion
Adhere to all school policies regarding attendance, behavior, and dress code
Demonstrate academic integrity by completing all assignments honestly
Respect teachers, staff, and peers at all times
Stay actively engaged in coursework and classroom instruction
Accept responsibility for academic performance and seek help when needed
Maintain the required minimum GPA standards and participate in interventions if placed on probation
Failure to meet these expectations may result in academic probation, parent conferences, or additional administrative actions as deemed necessary by the school.
